1.  How quickly do you process orders?

We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

2.  How can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that you might wish to add items to your order or change an order altogether.  However, once you've sent through an order we are already busy creating your parcel and might not be able to change it.  Please send us an email and we will see where we are with the process of your order.

3.  How long does shipping take?

We send all orders via Express post.  You should receive your order within 2-3 working days.

4.  Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We have a flat fee of $20 for all international orders.
